Shell Fabrics

For our ski range we only use fabrics and laminations developed especially for Toni Sailer. We only accept the highest possible standards when it comes to waterproofness, breathability and comfort. We use 4-way lycra stretch material. This fabric not only provides extreme elasticity – as well it has a very stylish surface – which gives the final touch for the Toni Sailer look.

Fleece
We only use the most exclusive Fleece qualities from Italy. They vary from fashionable – Cashmere fleece – to extremely technical – Techno Stretch and Supermicro. Extra filaments are used in the supermicro fleece to achieve the softest handfeel and the look of velour. A special yarn structure is used to prevent peeling. The polyester yarn on the inside of the fabric insulate and excels moisture. Slim fit styles are enhanced by the use of elasthane in the Techno Stretch fleece.
